  7. IMPORTANT: READ THE GUIDE..!

  9. There are important information in the guide file that are essential for the
  10. ViRGE version. Disregarding them could give you a really bad day. You must
  11. have read the information about the VirgeNumTextures entry in the descent.cfg
  12. file BEFORE starting the game.

  18. This is the first Aminet Release of ADescent ViRGE. Further information
  19. can be found in the ADescent.guide file in this archive.

  21. R e q u i r e m e n t s

  24. The requirements of the normal ADescent version still aply to this version.
  25. In addition, you will need a CV64/3D graphics card and CyberGraphX V3 installed.
  26. Also you will need to have cgx3dvirgin.library V2.10. This is currently NOT
  27. included in this archive, you must get it from the CyberGraphX web site,
  28. at www.vgr.com on the ViRGE page (It's in the 1.3 Demo archive).

  30. YOU WILL NEED V1.5 HOG AND PIG FILES!!!
  31. If you get the "Not enough strings" message, this means you have a wrong
  32. version of the files. See the section "Obtaining the files" in the Guide file
  33. for hints where you can get them. Please don't mail us, we can't provide them.
